Loeng Bay is a part of lake that is located above Ratchaprapa Dam or Cheow Larn Dam. It was completely constructed in 1988. It was called as the name of one of the strongest and the most torrential current in Klong Saeng Forest. As the result of constructing dam, the large fresh water lake above the dam is widened about 105,000 rais with many more 160 beautiful rapids and islands which are really the acmes of hundreds of not inundated limestone ranges.

How to get there
From Surat Thani, take highway no. 401 (Surat Thani – Takua-Pa) turn right at km.58 (Baan Takhun) for more 14 kms. to Ratchaprapa Dam. From the Dam it takes 45 mins. By boat to Loeng Bay.
